In our quest to be one of the top gyms in the country we are making an effort to focus not only on your physical well being but also your mental health. CSFC’s Zen Zone aims to accomplish just that. Equipped with HEATED flooring, sound insulation, ambient music and essential oils this space allows you to slow down and take a moment for yourself. This space is more than just a YOGA studio – we encourage our members to just come in, take a second and breathe!

CLASSES
CSFC’s Zen Zone offers a wide variety of classes catered to the personal fitness goals of each member.
From beginners to advanced yogis there is something for everyone.
Classes are included free with membership, no hassle or additional fees.
VINYASA
Build heat & strength as you flow through a sequence of yoga poses that coordinates with your breath. Cool down with a nice stretch.
AERIAL YOGA
Build strength & balance as you are guided through a series of yoga poses using our signature aerial hammocks as the main yoga prop.
HEATED SCULPT
A combination of yoga poses, cardio & strength training exercises that uses hand weights & bands. To up the intensity even more we heat the room to inspire more perspiration!
YOGA SCULPT
A combination of yoga poses, cardio & strength training exercises that uses hand weights & bands to increase intensity.
AERIAL KIDS
Designed for kids 15 and under, they will begin with the basics, slowly building strength & balance with aerial silks.
AERIAL FLOW
Flow between poses, using the aerial silks as your prop. This class emphasizes the transitions to maintain intensity.
PiYo
A fusion of Pilates & Yoga to create a high-intensity workout that engages your core. The best of both worlds!
AERIAL NIDRA
The weightless feeling of drifting or floating, you will be guided through a Nidra meditation. Nidra means “yogic sleep,” a state of consciousness between sleep & wakefulness.
HOT YOGA
Move through a series of yoga postures while in a heated environment. The heat increases flexibility, detoxification, and cardiovascular intensity.
AERIAL 101
New to Aerial? Begin with the basics, slowly building your strength & balance. This low impact class will get you acquainted with our aerial hammocks.
DEEP STRETCH
A slow-paced, yin style yoga class that focuses on stretching muscles & relaxing deep connective tissues in the body. Followed by meditation to induce a peaceful, grounded state of mind.
RESTORATIVE
Restorative classes are meditative classes that use a variety of props that allow you to settle into relaxing poses.
VINYASA SOUND BATH
Build heat & strength as you flow through a sequence of yoga poses. Cool down with a stretch & calming sound bath.

Yoga Instructor
MARGARET
Like the eye of the storm, Margaret embodies the black Yin dot in the center of the white Yang paisley! As a dedicated practitioner of Yin Yoga, she induces a state of calming, meditative relaxation as she takes her time to guide students into subtle dynamic movements accompanied by deeper stretches. Students can explore their unique range of mobility and find surrender and depth in postures held for longer periods of time. Breathe deeply, set your intentions, and discover calm amidst the chaos of the world.

Stefanie is thrilled to join the Yoga Program at CSFC! With a decade of experience in yoga and eight years specializing in aerial yoga, she is passionate about helping students of all body types discover the joy and benefits of this unique practice. Stefanie’s classes, held every Friday at 9 AM, focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive environment. Join her to elevate your practice and experience the uplifting effects of aerial yoga!

SHELLY
Shelly is a yogi with 20 years of experience. For Shelly, yoga transcends physical fitness; it’s a practice of presence, authenticity, and self-care. With a 500-hour teaching certificate and specializations in various yoga styles, trauma yoga, and sound meditations, she is ready to share her journey.

VANESSA
Vanessa was first exposed to aerial silks when she joined the Gamma Phi Circus at Illinois State, where she studied Middle Level Education. After college, she became more interested in aerial yoga and started taking classes in 2017. By 2019, she wanted to share her passion for aerial fitness with others, and she became a certified instructor. Vanessa has taught aerial kids, aerial flow, aerial fusion, aerial fit, and aerial workshops focused on tricks. She currently teaches middle school math in Joliet.

LUCY
Lucy has been a special education teacher for over 36 years, and in the last six years, she has gone from being an aerial student (2018) to an instructor (2021) to a certified instructor (2024). Her passion is helping students achieve their goals, even when they lack confidence. Developing strength and flexibility in the silks, which can later be used to perform fun tricks and artistic poses, brings her joy, as do her other hobbies of reading, cake decorating, solving puzzles, and doing just about any craft.

ANGIE
With her yoga journey beginning in 2005, Angie has found transformative power in yoga, both physically and emotionally. As a certified instructor since 2018, she is ready to guide students through the layers of self-discovery with her favorite vinyasa flow style. Get ready to move, breathe, and let go under Angie’s expert guidance. See you on the mat for a journey of healing and transformation!

REBECCA
Rebecca has been teaching yoga since 2020 and has since become certified to teach sculpt and barre as well. In her free time, she enjoys creating art, figure skating, reading, and spending time with animals and nature. Yoga has helped her feel more comfortable and allows her to continue doing the things she loves, so teaching it has enabled her to extend that gift to others.
