Biography:
My name is Vanessa Stokes. I was first exposed to aerial silks when I joined the Gamma Phi Circus at Illinois State University, where I also studied Middle Level Education. After college, I became more interested in aerial yoga and fitness and started taking classes in 2017. By 2019 I wanted to share my passion for aerial fitness with others, so I became a certified instructor. I love teaching all ages from kids to adults! I have taught aerial flow, aerial fusion, aerial fit, and aerial workshops focused on tricks! I also currently teach middle school math in the Joliet area 🙂 I am excited to join the CSFC team!
