Biography:

I’ve been a special education teacher for over 36 years, and in the last six years, I’ve gone from being an aerial student (2018) to instructor (2021), to certified instructor in 2024. My passion is helping students achieve goals even when they lack confidence. Developing strength and flexibility in the silks that can later be used to do fun tricks and artistic poses brings me joy, as do my other hobbies of reading, cake decorating, solving puzzles, and doing just about any craft.
