I joined CSFC in February of 2017.I joined because i wanted to lose weight and get in shape. Currently, my fitness goals are to continue to get stronger, keep moving and losing a couple more pounds would be nice!!
My favorite workout is Selina’s Bags and Weights class on Thursday night. My least favorite exercise is running. I work out 5 times a week.
The best change because of having a consistent work out routine is that it’s become such a habit that i look forward to going and actually hate skipping a workout
My advice to someone just starting out would be to keep going! Find something you like and set personal goals.
