1. What are the CSFC’s hours of operation? Our hours of operation are from 5am to 11pm from Monday to Wednesday, 5am to 10pm on Thursday and Friday, and 6am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

3. How do I cancel my membership? We strive to make the cancellation process easy and convenient for our members. You do not need to come to our physical location to cancel. Please send an email to customerservice@csfcjoliet.com to initiate the cancellation process.
4. How can I freeze my membership? To freeze your membership, please email your request to customerservice@csfcjoliet.com.
5. How do I inquire about personal training sessions? For inquiries regarding personal training, please email us at pt@csfcjoliet.com.
6. How can I avail a 30-minute free personal training consultation? You can schedule a free 30-minute consultation by contacting us at pt@csfcjoliet.com.
7. Can I bring a guest to the gym? We do not offer free guest access. However, guests are welcome to purchase a day pass for $20 or apply for a free day pass here – www.csfcguestpass.com (please note, it can take up to 48 hours to receive a free day pass confirmation).
8. Can I use my purchased personal training sessions if I cancel my membership? Yes, you can still utilize your sessions as per the original agreement (for example, sessions must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase).
9. What is the minimum age to use the gym unaccompanied? Members must be 16 years of age or older to come to the gym by themselves. If younger, they must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 years or older.
10. Does CSFC have a Jacuzzi/hot tub? No, we do not have a Jacuzzi or hot tub. Both men’s and women’s locker have dry saunas.
11. What is the size of the pool? Our pool measures 60 feet (20 yards) in length and 20 feet (6.6 yards) in width. It is 4 feet deep.
12. Where is the women’s gym located? The women’s gym is conveniently located inside the women’s locker room.
13. Does CSFC provide locks? No, we do not provide locks. Please bring your own.
14. Are memberships contracted? We do not have any long-term contracts. However, all monthly memberships that are cancelled within 90 days of sign-up will incur a $35 cancellation fee. Additionally, all memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice.
