Introducing our Member of the Month, Kalee Cowgill! Kalee has been on her fitness journey for the past 3 years and one day hopes to get into powerlifting. Fitness for Kalee means prioritizing physical health as well as mental health. She believes that you should never take being able to move and sustain your body for granted. Despite her extremely friendly demeanor and always talking to others, some thing members may not know about Kalee is that she is actively working towards becoming a certified trainer one day so she can help others prioritize their health.
Kalee says that one of her favorite aspects of CSFC is how supportive the community and staff have been. She often talks about how kind members have been in encouraging her to push through a workout. If Kalee could give you one piece of advice in your fitness journey it would be “Don’t compare yourself to others, no ones journey is the same and comparison is a thief of joy.” We could not agree more and are so happy to have Kalee as a part of the CSFC community! #csfcjoliet
